UserZoom is a world-renowned user research software company. The company helps other digital brands optimise their customer journey and user experience online. The software uses a variety of cost-effective research projects and multi-variate testing programmes.
The demand was to help create, edit and content design a technical and detailed white paper about improving a multivariate testing programme. The document needed to include several case studies and a detailed explanation on the subject area.
The outline of this project was provided by the client so we could spend a little more time researching the subject matter and the finer details behind it. Communication with the client was frequent and always clear, helping us to structure a dynamic document in cooperation with one and other. After 2 feedback sessions, the final product was realised and finalised.
The designers at UserZoom added all the bells and whistles required to create an informative, valuable and aesthetically pleasing white paper. The resulting document is extremely well presented and the information inside is valuable to those who wish to make the most out of their multivariate testing processes.
